Hello all and welcome to the kickoff of the Crimson Darkness Blog Tour! As promised, the birthday theme continues with Amos and Cassidy interviewing the cast  of the Crimson Series, about what they want for their birthdays.

*fingers crossed that Raven says Laura*

Hey, a girl can hope. Just because he bats for the other team doesn’t mean he wouldn’t try. Ok, that may be exactly what that means. Whatever.

Hello and welcome to the first stop on our blog tour! Laura has kindly allowed us to hijack her blog again and so here we are. Over the weekend we met up with a few of the cast members from the Crimson Series, and asked them what they would like for their birthdays.

Raven: My birthday…anything?

Amos: Yep, anything you want.

Raven: You know what I would want (sighs) but in the absence of that, I would have to say carrot cake – a large one, please.

Amos: Just a carrot cake?

Raven: Yes. (Stares steadily at Amos, his face expressionless)

Amos: Er, okay.

Cassidy: How about you, Thistle?

Thistle: A blood bank!!!

Cassidy: Seriously? You could have anything you wanted…anything.

Thistle: My own personal shopper.

Amos: Me too. Damon?

Damon: (Strokes his chin in thought. Kris rolls his eyes) I’d like to own an art gallery and have a huge budget to fill it up with.

Kris: I’d love to be able play a musical instrument, maybe the guitar, and join Funk This!

Amos and Cassidy: Cool! We’d come see you play.

Amos: Flo? What about you?

Flo: Me bleedin’ house back! And some sunshine.

Erin: Well, I want…

Flo: We ain’t got time for ya bleedin’ list, Erin!

Erin: Oh, please!

Flo: Keep it to three things, for gawd’s sake.

Erin: A Playstation 3, a 3DS and Resident Evil 6.

Amos and Cassidy: Resident Evil 6! Yay!

Flo: No! You ain’t bleedin’ havin’ that! How many times?

Amos, Cassidy and Erin: Awwwwwwww!

(Flo looks at Amos and Cassidy strangely)

Erin: I think she was talking to me…

Amos and Cassidy: Yeah, er, we knew that.

Gabriel: May I answer?

Cassidy: Please do.

Gabriel: While I have lived for many years, and I can’t remember when I last celebrated a birthday, if I could have anything then I would wish for my family and friends to all be safe and happy.

Thistle: Oh for Diana’s sake! Why don’t you just add world peace to that list?

Gabriel: That too.

Thistle: Come on, Gabe! It’s your birthday! You’re allowed to be selfish!

Gabriel: Okay. The complete box set of Angel on DVD Bluray.

Thistle: What! Buffy is so much better!

Amos: Angel is on Bluray?

Gabriel: Hey, its anything we want. And I like that dude’s style.

Amos: He is hot.

Cassidy: Yum.

Thistle: Okay, we need to start a thing going. Amos, Buffy or Angel?

Amos: Don’t make me choose!

Thistle: It’s the rules. Okay, go with this. If you were stranded on a desert island with an unlimited electrical supply and a portable DVD player, which series would you want there with you? You can only take one.

Amos and Cassidy: Buffy.

Thistle: Thank you.

Raven: Don’t worry, Gabriel, I’m on your side.

Gabriel: Thanks, Raven.

Thistle: Team Buffy is stronger!

Damon: I think you’re forgetting about Charmed.

Amos and Cassidy: J’adore Charmed!

Thistle: We’re talking Buffyverse, Damon. No throwing spanners, please!

* An argument breaks out once Kris throws Lost into the equation.

Amos: Erm, look at the time, Cassidy.

Cassidy: Oh, yeah, I’ve really got to get back to wash my hair.

Amos: Is that code for cheesecake?

Cassidy: That’s Belgian Chocolate Cheesecake to you, buster!

Amos: One each?
Cassidy: Yeah, man!

* Amos and Cassidy quietly slip away as the argument continues…Flo has just started singing the praises of Desperate Housewives.

Well, now that was … a mess! What are you going to do, supes never stay on topic for long. *shrug* And to throw in my 2 cents, I have the whole series of Charmed on DVD. Amos and I may do a viewing party, and watch episodes “together” and discuss. That has the potential to be a future blog post in and of itself.

Anyway, thanks to Amos, Cassidy, and the gang for stopping by! And I am looking forward to reading the final version of Crimson Darkness Sept 1st!
